Ohio Wesleyan is pleased to offer online transcript ordering through the National Student Clearinghouse. Please note we do not process requests for unofficial transcripts. Current students can print an unofficial transcript from Self Service.
Students are responsible for reviewing the catalog and knowing their degree requirements. Ohio Wesleyan provides guidelines and tools for tracking degree progress. Degree audits can be reviewed by students and advisors at degreeaudit.owu.edu.
Ohio Wesleyan is a member of Transferology and is happy to evaluate transfer credits from other institutions, along with AP, IB, and A-Level exam scores. If you are a current OWU student, please complete the Application for Transfer Credit (PDF) before registering to take credit elsewhere to transfer back to Ohio Wesleyan. If transferring credit in from another school, please request that an official transcript be sent to the Registrar office for evaluation. If you have taken exams which may qualify for credit at Ohio Wesleyan, please have the official scores sent to the Registrar office.
