Delaware families and members of the OWU community enjoyed the second annual Fall Festival outside the Delta Tau Delta house on Oct. 28. The event, organized by the Faith and Justice Club, featured trick-or-treating around Williams Dr. (blocked to traffic for the occasion), two bounce houses, and pumpkin decorating.
