Ohio Wesleyan offers resources, support, and guidance for students who have completed prior college coursework. The transfer guides are planning resources for prospective students that outline common course equivalencies and show how those equivalencies apply to OWU degree requirements. All are aligned with the OWU Checklist of Academic Requirements (PDF) and can be used by current college students, college advisors, school counselors, or high school students that have taken early college coursework.

We are continually working to update the information on this page and add transfer guides with specific pathways and equivalencies. In addition to the guides below, OWU provides a Public Database of all course equivalencies, listed by institution. Prospective students can also use Transferology to explore course equivalencies.

To have your college coursework credited to your OWU degree, you will need to send an official copy of your college transcript to the Registrar’s Office. If you are unsure how to order transcripts, search “transcript order” on the institution’s website, or contact the Registrar’s Office at that institution for guidance.
