Exchange Students

Ohio Wesleyan University partners with a variety of International Universities to bring students to OWU for one or two semesters of study and participates in the GLCA/GLAA Global Scholars Program.  Here are some examples:

Aoyama Gakuin University, Tokyo, Japan
Kansai Gaidai University, Osaka, Japan
Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan
Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea

Requirements

1. Apply using the OWU Online Application.
2. Submit an essay by email to owuintl@owu.edu explaining how a short-term experience at Ohio Wesleyan University will benefit your future.
3. Submit proof of English Proficiency.  See your options.
4. Submit your post secondary school results by email to owuintl@owu.edu.
5. Submit a letter of recommendation by email from someone who is familiar with your academic record.

Note: Exchange students are considered for J visas through the Institute for International Education. Exchange students, for immigration purposes, are considered transfer degree candidates.
