Democracy in the Shadow of Foreign Meddling        *RESCHEDULED*     7:00 PM  October 6, 2020

 Joshua Rovner is Associate Professor in the School of International Service at American University, where he also serves as co-director of the Center for Security, Innovation, and New Technology. In 2018-2019 he served as scholar-in-residence at the National Security Agency and U.S. Cyber Command. He previously served as the John Goodwin Tower Distinguished Chair in National Security and International Politics at SMU, and as associate professor in the Department of Strategy & Policy at the U.S. Naval War College. Rovner is the author of the multiple award winning book, Fixing the Facts: National Security and the Politics of Intelligence; co-editor of Chaos in the Liberal Order: The Trump Presidency and International Politics in the Twenty-First Century; and the author of many articles and book chapters on intelligence, strategy, and international relations. He is currently managing editor of the H-Diplo International Security Studies Forum, and deputy editor of The Journal of Strategic Studies.
