Research Interests

Lisa Tabak coordinates the instructional laboratories in the Zoology Department. Her research and teaching background is in human and animal forensic DNA technology, microsatellite DNA analysis of avian populations, and freshwater invertebrate ecology and toxicology.

Other

Ms. Tabak serves on the Institution Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and is the Campus Girl Scouts adviser here at OWU. She also acts as a liaison between local school districts and faculty and staff interested in serving as mentors to middle and high school students pursuing science fair research.
