NAMI Ending the Silence is an engaging presentation that helps audience members learn about the warning signs of mental health conditions and what steps to take if you or a loved one are showing symptoms of a mental health condition. 1-hour presentation for school staff members that includes information about warning signs, facts and statistics, how to approach students and how to work with families. Does every day start off on the wrong (and painful) foot? Join Airrosti for a complimentary and interactive webinar to learn about the most common types of foot pain. What's the best place to store medicine?
Answer
Medicine should be stored in a cool, dry place to help it last longer and be more effective. Be careful with storing them in bathrooms as bathrooms can get very warm and damp causing your medication to break down faster.

What nutrient helps your body use calcium?
Answer
Vitamin D, which you can get from the sun, tuna, and certain cereals and juices that have vitamin D in them. Calcium is important in building bones, helping blood clot, maintaining heart rhythm, and much more.

Did you know that sitting all day long affects your posture and can give you back pain? When you sit for too long, your hip muscles tighten and can cause knee, shin, and back pain as well as bad posture. However, simply standing occasionally while you work, keeping your hips from tightening can greatly help.

Often times people are too embarrassed to tell their doctor when they are having certain issues which can worsen the situation. Your doctor is trained to help you with these things, and if you don't tell them they can't help you. Remember, anything you tell them is confidential. Make sure to describe to your doctor the issues you are having and to listen carefully.
