Student Affairs
The Division of Student Affairs is made up of 11 departments/units that provide support services, resources, and engagement opportunities to students to enrich and advance learning in their collegiate journey.
Counseling Services seeks to assist all students in personal and professional development both within their college experience and beyond. Counseling Services works to help students of all intersecting identities successfully transition through various academic and interpersonal challenges to attain their individual goals and optimize their learning experiences.
Along with services offered from our office, Counseling Services encourages students to register with the Virtual Care Group (VCG) at this website (it takes only a minute or two to register) and then call VCG at 855-522-1226 if you would like to arrange a telehealth appointment and meet with with a licensed mental health professional. There are NO fees for the counseling provided through VCG and this support is open to any OWU student
To speak with a counselor immediately, please call the Virtual Care Group's FREE phone support service, available anytime day or night at 855-522-1226.
