Raymond is an entrepreneurial executive with proven results in the renewable energy and marine industries. Strong combination of leadership in startup companies, project development, international management, market expansion, strategic planning, and business plan creation/execution.

He has been recognized for promoting cost effective offshore wind energy technologies and launching new industries. Distinctive competencies in strategic planning, marine permitting, renewable energy, industry publications, and joint venture creation. He assembled and led the project team that secured the first permit in North America for a full-scale deepwater offshore wind energy platform.

He is happy to talk with students and alumni interested in Renewable Energy, International Business, Entrepreneurship.
