Kelly co-founded a used car dealership in 2007 where she oversaw the marketing, sales, customer service, accounting, buying, etc. In March 2019, she co-founded Steadfast Insurance with her husband where they offer home, auto, commercial, life, long term care, and disability insurance.

Kelly is happy to be contacted, especially by students and alumni interested in careers in  Economics, Economic Management, Marketing, etc.  She welcomes discussions with students about starting a business, running a business day to day, and the insurance industry.
