Sarah is a Senior Director and head of recruiting at TCV, a technology-focused growth equity firm. Sarah has 7 years' experience in the talent strategy, diversity and recruiting space, and previously worked at Boston Consulting Group managing hiring for all levels of roles across consulting and non-consulting career paths. She also has a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology Masters from NYU. I am happy to be contacted for:
