SUPERVISORS
2022 - 2023 StAP APPLICATION TIMELINE
- Monday, February 14th: Call to supervisors to post position descriptions
- Friday, March 4th at 11:59 pm: Deadline for supervisors to submit position descriptions
- Due to time constraints, this date and time cannot be extended
- On or before Friday, March 18th: Notice to supervisors of accepted positions
- Tuesday, March 22nd: Student applications begin
- Information about applicants will be made available to supervisors on a rolling basis
- Interviews can begin
- Tuesday, April 5th at 11:59 pm: Deadline for students to apply for positions
- Late Submissions will not be accepted
- Tuesday, April 19th at 11:59 pm: Deadline for interviews to be completed
- Tuesday, April 26th at 5:00 pm: Deadline for position acceptance between supervisors and students must be agreed upon by 5 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 27th: Supervisors submit the HR Student Placement Form
